47th Annual Veterans Day Assembly

Posted: Thursday, November 12, 2015

The 2016 Senior Class of Cadillac High School presented the 47th Annual Veterans Day Assembly on 11/11/15 honoring local Veterans and members of the military that attended Cadillac High School.  The respect and honor bestowed on Veterans, family members and guests by the student body and faculty of CHS is a fitting tribute to individuals that have served our country and many that lost their lives in their service.  All members of the school are in semi formal attire.  Each member of the student body and faculty participate. The senior class of CHS, the Honors Choir and Musicians create a reverent, solemn presentation that offers an appropriate memorial each year.  Local Veterans are honored guests and Cadillac Color Guard creates a moving presentation of colors.  If you were unable to attend this year's tribute, you may catch a glimpse of the ceremony in this months featured video, compliments of MI News 26.

Students from around the District attend the ceremony.  Pictured above are students from Lincoln and Forest View Elementary immediately following the ceremony.
